Rossetti Restaurant Lynn: A Culinary Gem in Lynn, MA

Wow I feel like very rarely do spots make you feel like 10/10 but food is amazing. Drinks are good too. They were full but we were able to sit by the bar on a Saturday. Worth making room for dessert. Staff is super friendly too.

I visited this dinning with my wife and son for the first time. You need to make a reservation prior to visit which I completely forgot. The host was kind enough to accommodate us, that set the tone for an unforgettable and great experience. I strongly recommend to reserve since it seems a very transit dining restaurant. Our food runner greeted us with a warm welcome and genuine smile. His name is Wally, which for a very young man, it’s very rare to find friendly and courteous staff nowadays. Our server was outstanding, made my family feel comfortable, appreciated and valued. Her name is Sandra. There was a young lady that also checked on us while we were eating, unfortunately I did not get her name. The quality of our food was excellent, we did not wait a long time for it to arrive. My wife ordered Eggplant Parmigiana, right temperature. My son, a delicious burger and I ordered Shrimp Scampi. Overall from the first person we saw to the last person in our visit, this is so far the best experience we ever had in a dining restaurant in years. Well done!!

I wish I could give double the number of stars! ⭐ My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant last night for our anniversary dinner. He had been here several years ago and said that this was where he had the best dry aged steak he’d ever had, I have never been here before. Our experience last night was nothing short of exceeding our expectations. We arrived separately and both were pleasantly greeted by the young man at the door, we sat at the bar with Katelyne as our bartender. She made me a delicious Manhattan cocktail, he doesn’t drink so he ordered a Diet Coke, she was so wonderful and nice. Impressively, she verbally provided the night’s off menu specials, two of which we ordered. We ordered the sausage appetizer special which was served on a board with fresh mustard sautéed peppers and onions and crispy crostini and it was incredible, my boyfriend ordered the veal special which was also served on a board with fresh green beans and garlic mashed, I ordered the chicken “margherita” with the house made pasta, Katelyne made a wonderful suggestion of wine to pair with dinner. When she checked in asking how our meals were we responded with our honest opinions. I immediately said everything was delicious, however my boyfriend had a different opinion and although he did say his veal was good he said that he expected a bit more kick of flavor and reassured that neither of us were unhappy. (Though my opinion on this dish was opposite, I could smell the fresh rosemary a mile away and it made me think of the holidays and I thought it tasted great) She responded that she would send her manager by but we said that certainly wasn’t necessary. Regardless, the manager checked in with us, which she had already stopped by welcoming us to the restaurant not long before our meals came out, she was apologetic and we again said no need to apologize nothing was wrong we just like to give honest feedback when asked. Brianna, the manager was very kind and said that either way she’d like to send a dessert to us to make up for it. There was nothing to make up for in our perspective and said that’s certainly not necessary but thank you. Surprisingly, she came back a few minutes later with a new veal dish prepared differently for him to try, this was an incredible gesture and far too kind. To top all of this off we ordered the tiramisu for dessert (saying we didn’t want them to comp it) and it came out with a little chocolate board that said happy anniversary - they did not charge us for the dessert but again certainly did not have to do that. The gentleman that cleared our places throughout our visit was also very nice and courteous. To say our visit was lovely is a far understatement! This was a great evening in so many ways, the restaurant, Brianna and Katelyne especially, went above and beyond to make sure we were as happy as possible. The service was top notch and attention to guest satisfaction was amazing. This level of service and restaurant experience is hard to come by nowadays and it was so awesome to experience. We will one million % be returning and telling everyone about our experience here. Kudos to you all! Wish I took pictures of all the dishes because they were stunningly presented! The ambiance and vibe here were also 5 star!

My husband and I had the most amazing dinner here. Our server Caroline was the sweetest and explained every menu item and drink item in detail. Freshest ingredients. Will be coming back soon!!

Very nice spacious interior with a large Central bar, interior restaurant is very clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly and quick. I had the pork chop which was cooked perfectly and tasted great! The accompanying sauce was a little salty for my taste, my wife had the Chicken Margherita which she really enjoyed, although the pasta was a little starchy. We also had a side of the mushrooms which were fantastic. For dessert, I had the creme brulee and my wife had the limonchelo cake both with fresh whipped cream. The creme brulee was delicious with an excellent texture, my wife really enjoyed her Cake. She said it was the best dessert she had in a very very long time. We would both definitely go back if ever in the area.

We enjoyed a nice dinner for 2 before seeing a show. The food was great, dessert was delicious. The service was good and our server was very friendly and attentive. Parking nearby. Would definitely go here again.

The service and the atmosphere were really great! The food was ok, lobster Ravioli was pretty good and the soft shell crab appetizer was delicious. The Italian sausage pasta we didn’t finish. I usually like salty but found everything to be on the salty side. Lots of great options on the menu.

Rossetti never disappoints. There is plenty to love about the menu but we usually get talked into one of the specials. This time around it was a bone-in swordfish beautifully grilled over a nice risotto and a nicely fried pork cutlet with mozzarella. Paired with really solid, summery cocktails and great service it was yet another outstanding meal there.
